Jack’s Miami | Brickell
Jack’s Miami is opening a second location at Mary Brickell Village.
The restaurant, which has its original location near Wynwood, is opening a pop-up at The Craftsman Miami, unit 135 at 900 South Miami Avenue. Jack’s has a sublease with the bar, and is taking about 1,000 square feet, which includes an 800-square-foot kitchen.
The homestyle restaurant’s second outpost is an “express” location for delivery and takeout with some dining.
Swan and Bar Bevy | Miami Design District
Singer, songwriter and producer Pharrell Williams is partnering with David Grutman to launch a new restaurant and bar in the Miami Design District.
Swan and Bar Bevy will span 17,000 square feet at 90 Northeast 39th Street, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Grutman is behind LIV and Story nightclubs, plus Planta, Komodo and the nearby OTL restaurant.
Pharrell is a fan of Miami. He sold two units, including his penthouse for $9.25 million, at the Bristol in Brickell last year.
Urban Bricks Pizza Co. | South Miami
Urban Bricks Pizza Co. is leasing about 1,600 square feet at a new retail development in South Miami.
The fast-casual pizza restaurant will open at 6144 South Dixie Highway, according to a property flier. Asking rents at the 4,300-square-foot project range from $55 per square foot to $65 a foot.
Matthew Martinez of Beacon Hill Property Group is handling leasing.
