South Florida restaurateurs Piero Filpi will Marcello Sindoni will open the Italian restaurant, called Olivia.
Muse, a bar and lounge with an Italian-inspired menu, will be located on the rooftop pool deck of the 12-story hotel.
One level lower on the hotel’s 11th floor will be a snack shop, called the Presto Market & Coffee Bar.
The CIRC Hotel, which has introductory room rates starting at $189 a night, is part of a larger mixed-use development called Hollywood Circle on the northeast side of Young Circle, a traffic circle in downtown Hollywood.
Last March, construction crews topped off Hollywood Circle, which has been funded largely by Chinese EB-5 investors. The mixed-use development will include 389 rental apartments, shops and a supermarket.
