A construction crane collapsed Saturday and fell onto a building in downtown Miami as damaging winds from Hurricane Irma hit the city.

Television station WPLG also reported that the crane collapsed on Northeast 3rd Street between Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 2nd Avenue in Miami.

No injuries have been reported.

City officials had warned residents living near downtown construction sites that the hurricane could cause cranes to collapse.
